QPR have teamed up with Players Elite to enhance identification of promising young talent
QPR JOIN FORCES WITH PLAYERS ELITE
QPR are delighted to announce a tie up with Players Elite, which will enhance the Club’s identification of promising young talent.
Players Elite - www.playerselite.co.uk - will help QPR to identify and effectively increase the amount of potentially talented youth players recommended to the club. Using their automated trialist invite process will ensure there is no delay in QPR recruiting the best talent, as the system ensures all trialist and youth development forms are submitted electronically to the club and the English Football League, saving time and paperwork.
Players Elite software allows a football club to manage all their development centres and entire youth recruitment process from one online system.
The system enables early stages of tracking and scouting a potential player, through to inviting players to trial and academy registration. It is designed to be used by all club staff involved in the youth recruitment process.
Individual scouts will use the system to track players, identify potential talent, create match reports and recommend players for trial. Match reports and technical assessments are created and stored throughout a player’s development phase.
Players Elite makes youth recruitment and development an easy and efficient process.
Euan Ingles, QPR’s Commercial Director, said: “We are delighted to team up with Players Elite. Their software will enable us to improve the efficiency of our youth recruitment.
“The Club is working harder than ever to find talented youngsters who we hope will develop into first-team players, and this is further demonstration of that desire.”
Ele Nicolaou, Director of Players Elite, added: “Players Elite partnering with QPR, a club with so much history, is a fantastic achievement for us and we are proud of our association with them.
“This is a real testimony of the Club’s belief that the Players Elite system will bring huge benefits to QPR and their Academy.”
